1. Introduction Welcome to Sams’s Speakeasy, a unique and exclusive experience designed for our VIP members. By purchasing the Speakeasy VIP Pass, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Speakeasy VIP Pass.

2. VIP Pass Details

  • The Speakeasy VIP Pass grants access to exclusive offers, events, and services at Sams’s Speakeasy for the specified price of $35.
  • The VIP Pass is valid for one month from the date of purchase.
  • The pass provides special offers on drinks and appetizers and access to online food ordering through Clover for Samstable Restaurant.
  • A monthly password for entry will be provided to VIP members to gain access to the Speakeasy, via email.

3. Payment Terms

  • The price for the Speakeasy VIP Pass is $35 per month, subject to change with prior notice.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
  • All transactions are processed through secure payment methods. The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment details at the time of purchase.

4. Recurring Payments

  • By purchasing the Speakeasy VIP Pass, you agree to a recurring monthly payment of $35.
  • Your payment will be automatically charged each month to the payment method you provided during the initial purchase.
  • Recurring payments will continue until you cancel your subscription, or the service is discontinued by Sams’s Speakeasy.
  • You may cancel your VIP Pass subscription at any time by contacting us at (936)439-6376. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the exclusive nature of the VIP Pass, refunds are not available once the payment has been processed, unless otherwise stated by management.
  • If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, your VIP Pass will remain active until the end of that cycle, and no refunds will be issued.
  • In the event that Sams’s Speakeasy is unable to provide services (e.g., due to unforeseen closures or other circumstances), we will notify you and offer an alternative solution, which may include a prorated refund or a credit for future use, at our discretion.
  • If you believe that the charge for VIP Pass was incorrect or unauthorized by the authorized card holder, please contact us directly, via email ([email protected]) or phone (936)439-6376, to resolve your dispute in 7 to 10 business days before calling your bank.

6. Service Agreement

  • By purchasing the VIP Pass, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Sams’s Speakeasy, including but not limited to behavior guidelines, safety measures, and any additional instructions from the staff.
  • Sams’s Speakeasy reserves the right to revoke or suspend your VIP Pass if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement or engage in conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
  • The VIP Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named on the account. Proof of identity may be required for entry.

7. Monthly Password for Entry

  • Each month, you will receive a unique password to gain access to the Speakeasy. This password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
  • The password is valid for the duration of the month and is required for entry. If you forget your password or have trouble accessing it, please contact our support team for assistance at (936)439-6376.

8. Special Offers on Drinks & Appetizers

  • As a VIP Pass holder, you are eligible for special offers on drinks and appetizers at Sams’s Speakeasy.
  • Discounts or promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Specific terms and conditions may apply to each offer.

9. Online Food Ordering through Clover for Samstable Restaurant

  • As a VIP member, you have access to online food ordering through Clover for Samstable Restaurant.
  • Orders placed through Clover are subject to the terms and conditions of Samstable Restaurant, including pricing, availability, and delivery policies.
  • Any issues with online orders should be directed to Samstable Restaurant Management directly.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Sams’s Speakeasy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Sams’s Speakeasy is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the VIP Pass, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or any indirect or consequential damages.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of TEXAS/ Country of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
